CoSDEC

Authors are invited to submit their formatted, complete papers. All submission will be double-blind peer reviewed and evalulated based on relevance, originality, content and correctness. Submissions should be original, previously unpublished, and currently not under review by other publications. Papers must be written in English (either British or American).

All authors must follow the IEEE two column format for composing and formatting their papers. Papers can either be submitted in word format or LATEX.

The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process. Therefore all authors MUST adhere to the following guidelines to conceal their identity:

1. Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the entire manuscript (inclulding metadata of the document).
2. Cite all relevant prior work (including your own) in third person (for example, "it has been shown that ...[1]; do not use words like "my" or "our").
3. Eliminate acknowledgements and references to funding sources. These can be added later if the paper is accepted.
